Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Last updated: February 2026
1. Our commitment
ChutApp has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). As a platform designed for the grassroots football community, where many of our users are minors, the safety of children and young people is our top priority. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing any content or behavior that puts minors at risk.
2. Zero tolerance policy
We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. This includes, but is not limited to: images or videos of child sexual abuse, sexualized content involving minors, grooming or any attempt at inappropriate contact with minors, and the distribution or solicitation of child exploitation material. Any account involved in these activities will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Content moderation and detection
- Automated detection systems to identify and block CSAE content before it becomes visible on the platform
- Use of hash matching technologies (such as PhotoDNA) to detect known child sexual abuse material
- Human moderation team specifically trained in identifying CSAE content
- Proactive review of suspicious content and behaviors
- Immediate removal of any content that violates these policies
4. Reporting mechanisms
We provide accessible tools for any user to report suspicious content or behavior quickly and confidentially. Reports related to CSAE are prioritized and reviewed urgently. You can report directly from the app or contact us at info@chutapp.com. We also collaborate with organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and relevant local authorities.
5. Age verification and parental controls
- Age group system with differentiated permissions: under 13, teens (13-17), and adults (18+)
- Children under 13 require verifiable authorization from a legal guardian to use the platform
- Link code system for guardians to supervise minor activity
- Enhanced publishing and privacy restrictions for minor accounts
- Guardians receive notifications about their children's activity on the platform
6. Cooperation with authorities
We actively cooperate with law enforcement, government agencies, and international child protection organizations. We report all detected CSAE material to NCMEC and relevant local authorities, retaining necessary information as required by law. We respond with priority to legal requests related to child safety.
7. Education and prevention
- Educational resources for parents and guardians on digital safety and child protection
- Safety guides integrated into the app for young users
- Ongoing training of our team in child safety best practices
- Awareness campaigns within the community about safe platform use
8. Handling of minor data
We apply special protection measures for the personal data of minors, in compliance with GDPR, COPPA, and other applicable regulations. Minor data is handled with the highest level of security and only the data strictly necessary for the operation of the service is collected. Guardians can exercise the rights of access, rectification, and deletion of their children's data at any time.
9. Updates to this policy
We regularly review and update our child protection standards and procedures to adapt to new threats and industry best practices. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
